Supreme Processing has an opportunity available for a Hygiene Monitor in the Quality department. The purpose of the position is to monitor and control the adherence of Hygiene standards and procedures within the plant. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Head of department.

Responsibilities

• Filling of all soap dispensers and sanitizer dispensers throughout the further processing plant
• Responsible for conducting housekeeping evaluations
• Responsible for continuous cleaning throughout the plant
• Ensuring dressing area (Plant entrance) is kept neat and clean
• Conduct bait station, 24/7 traps and fly control unit checks
• Responsible for waste removal throughout the plant

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1 years’ experience in meat processing
• Food Safety training and experience will be an advantage
